Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bsc Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares your information when you buy from Bsc Digital (https://www.etsy.com/shop/bscdigital), contact us, or use our services via Etsy.com or its related sites.

By purchasing from Bsc Digital or interacting with us, you confirm you've read, understood, and agree to this policy. If you disagree, please leave our shop right away.

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be shown by updating the date at the top.

This policy covers only our practices—not those of third parties like Etsy or services accessed through them. See Etsy's Privacy Policy for their details. We'll notify you when sharing your info with third parties, but you're responsible for reviewing their policies.

Information We Collect
To process your order, Etsy shares your name, email, shipping address, payment details, and order info with us. You might also share extra details if you contact us directly.

Why We Use Your Information
We handle your info legally for these purposes:

To deliver services, like fulfilling orders, resolving issues, or providing support.

With your consent (which you can withdraw), such as for our mailing list or notifications.

To meet legal requirements, like keeping purchase records for taxes.

For our legitimate interests (without overriding yours), like improving services or complying with Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
We protect your info seriously and share it only when necessary:

With Etsy: To provide services and follow Etsy's rules.

With service providers: We use trusted third parties (e.g., for hosting, email delivery, or payments) only as needed for shop operations. They don't use your info beyond that.

Business transfers: If we sell or merge the business, your info may be shared (legally permitted).

Legal compliance: To respond to laws, government requests, prevent fraud, or protect rights/safety.

How Long We Store Your Information
We keep your info only as long as needed for services, disputes, or legal obligations—typically 5 years.

Transfers Outside the EU
We may use US-based services (like Google Cloud, Privacy Shield certified) with different data laws. For EU transfers, we rely on approved mechanisms.

Your Rights
Depending on your location (e.g., EU), you may have rights including:

Access: Request a copy of your info.

Change/Restrict/Delete: Update, limit, or delete your data (except for legal holds).

Object: Stop processing for our interests or marketing.

Complain: Contact your local data authority.

Contact us to exercise rights.
